MARSHMALLOW KISS COOKIES
Adapted from this recipe I made vanilla marshmallow kiss cookies. I used lemon pâte sucrée for the cookies. Couldn’t find my round cookie cutters and used the end of a piping tip instead. Size being a bit smaller than the kisses, though. Dipped the cookies in white chocolate, added a bit of mint and placed the kiss on top. Looks kinda cute and fancy but is not my kind of thing. Note to self: food colour didn’t work well with the mix.
